We deliver the order to your home within 7 days after you have made your subscription payment, check out your book selections from our library and customised your coffee selections along with any add-on services. This ensures maximum freshness as well simple and predictable delivery.
For all subsequent months in your subscription period, we will prompt you to make your book and coffee selections and deliver those within 7 days.

Our subscriptions plans are thoughtfully made to provide lovers of books and coffee an easy and delightful way to experience this bundle - it is our philocophy.
However, we understand that your philocophy may be different. As a good-will gesture for such cases, only for customers who have subscribed to our Standard or Premium plans, who inform us prior (by dropping a note here) to customising your upcoming monthly order that they do not wish to include books or coffees as the case may be, we will accordingly credit your wallet with balance equal to value of the unused service as a one-time credit, which may be used toward future orders on www.philocophy.com. Please note that the credit amount varies by plan and hence will be at our sole and reasonable discretion.
Starter Plan customers are not eligible for credits from unbundling the books or coffees from their plan.
Please note that all orders are subject to our Terms of Service and Returns Policy, which will supersede in the event of any discrepancy with regard to any order fulfilment, returns and credits.

We love our tea and chai as much as the next person, we just happen to know how to appreciate coffees a tad more. We know there are plenty of good choices of premium tea vendors, and we don’t think we can do much better than them.
So, at present we dont plan to include teas in our subscription plans, but we will let you know if we do change our mind and partner with one of the vendors in the future. If you’re interested, drop in a note here.
